Two to four weeks is ideal for most projects. It gives us room to plan around weather, styling, and the building's best light. If your timeline is tighter than that, reach out anyway; I can often make it work.

Exterior and aerial work is weather-dependent, so I watch the forecast closely and we agree on a backup date up front. There's never a fee for weather rescheduling. A moody sky is sometimes a gift, but flat gray rarely is.

You're always welcome, and for styled interiors a designer on set is genuinely valuable. For exteriors and aerials, most clients simply hand me access and get on with their day. Either way works.

Regularly. I serve Chicago, the North Shore, Northwest Indiana, and Milwaukee at standard rates, and travel throughout the Midwest and beyond for the right project. Recent work has taken me as far as Telluride, Colorado.

A focused interior shoot runs a half day; a full architectural story (exteriors through a range of light, interiors, details, aerials) is usually a full day, occasionally two. We scope this together before anything is booked.

I do light styling as part of every shoot: tucking cords, adjusting furniture, finessing props. For editorial-level styling I work with trusted stylists and can bring one onto your project.

Yes. I'm an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and manage the airspace authorizations required for flights in and around Chicago, including controlled airspace near the lakefront.

Absolutely, and I encourage it. Architects, builders, and interior designers often split a shoot and share licensing. Everyone gets the full gallery at a fraction of the cost, and I handle the coordination.

Fully retouched, publication-ready images are typically delivered within two weeks of the shoot. Need selects sooner for a deadline or award submission? Rush delivery is available, just say so.

Images are licensed for your marketing use: website, social, portfolios, proposals, award submissions, and press. If a publication or third party wants to use the images, that's typically a separate license, and I'll walk you through it.
